The BOB Development team has been providing technical expertise and software development services to the Business Development
and Workforce Development centers of the college since 1997.
In addition, three of our staff members are currently Adjunct Faculty members of the college.
They have developed custom curriculum for grant-based Information Technology courses as well as facilitated
the instruction of dozens of these classes.

| Grant Reconciliation Application |
Each year, the Business Development Center (BDC) assists many area companies with their job-specific
training needs. Together, they create hundreds of customized classes using state-funded grants to ensure their
workforce is adequately trained. To better facilitate this complex process, BOB Development Co. developed a MS
Access database that helped to enforce the multiple steps necessary in the grant application and tracking procedures.
