Lean Manufacturing practices and systems are a specialty of Olsen Manufacturing. BOB Development Co. has helped them to launch their flagship product, LeanSuite. Utilizing our expertise in machine interfacing, object design and software architecture, Olsen was able to produce an ANDON system that does much more than just display status.

LeanSuite

LeanSuite allows the display of current status, warnings, alarms, messages and production numbers on plant floor Andon annunciation panels. However, unlike other status display systems, LeanSuite is a system that can handle all the functionality of a traditional ANDON system and more. BOB Development Co. helped to design a system based around an efficient, flexible, event-sequencing engine. Because of this, LeanSuite can be configured to apply custom business logic and actions to just about any event on the floor. Using the LeanSuite Manager, LeanSuite can be easily ‘retooled’ to change display attributes, condition logic and output actions.
